We book one dog at a time. No crates full of dogs waiting their turn, no barking down the hall, no dryer running while your dog is on the table. If your dog has had a bad haircut somewhere before, tell us when you call and we will go slower.
We answer the phone ourselves. If we miss you, we call back same day.

I asked for a schnauzer cut and got an actual schnauzer cut, beard and eyebrows and all. The last place sent him home with a poodle head.
They stopped and called me about a lump they found on Otis instead of just clipping around it. Vet said it is a fatty lump, but I am glad somebody told me.
You do not need an appointment to come see the shop. Most nervous dogs do better if the first visit is nothing but a treat, a sniff around, and back out the door.
