We are the little studio beside the bakery on Quarry Street. Most people who walk in have never done yoga before, and plenty of them cannot touch their toes. Wear something you can move in and we will lend you a mat.
First class is $10. Cancel a booking up to two hours before.

Doors open 20 minutes early. We close for two weeks at Christmas and post the dates on the door.
I sat in my car for ten minutes before my first class because I was too nervous to go in. Nobody looked at me twice, and Renu showed me how to stack two blocks so my knees stopped hurting.
I am 68 and I do the Tuesday chair class. I can get up off the floor now without grabbing the couch, and last year I could not.
