Yoga Studio

You do not need to be flexible to start

We are the little studio beside the bakery on Quarry Street. Most people who walk in have never done yoga before, and plenty of them cannot touch their toes. Wear something you can move in and we will lend you a mat.

First class is $10. Cancel a booking up to two hours before.

What people say

I sat in my car for ten minutes before my first class because I was too nervous to go in. Nobody looked at me twice, and Renu showed me how to stack two blocks so my knees stopped hurting.
Dana M. First class in January, still coming
I am 68 and I do the Tuesday chair class. I can get up off the floor now without grabbing the couch, and last year I could not.
Bill T. Chair yoga, Tuesdays
Booked the Sunday restorative class after a rotten week and spent most of the hour lying on a bolster. I was asleep by 9:30 that night.
Priya S. Sunday Yin, first visit

If it turns out not to be your thing, you are out ten dollars and an hour of a Tuesday. Most people book a second class before they leave the room.
